Fees

Time of Service/Fee for Service Rate:

• $140 per 55 Minute Therapy Session
• $205 per 85 Minute Therapy Session

Payment is due at the beginning of each therapy session. I accept cash, check, visa and mastercard as payment options.

Insurance

I am currently in network with Regence, First Choice Health and Premera. I can often serve as an out-of-network provider depending on your insurance coverage. I can also provide you with the needed documentation to submit your own insurance claim if your insurance company allows you to do so. Please contact your insurance provider to verify benefits and estimate your out of pocket costs prior to our first meeting. Clients billing insurance are responsible for any co-payments, coinsurance or non-covered services.

Sliding Scale / Students

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone and reserve a certain number of time slots for clients who cannot afford my full fee. In these cases, fees are set on a sliding scale determined by household size and income. Feel free to contact me to see if I have sliding-scale sessions available.
