I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lee University in the state of Tennessee. I completed my Master's degree in Psychology with a clinical focus on the treatment of couples and families at Antioch University Seattle.
In addition to my years in private practice, my professional experience includes working as a case manager for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families at a non-profit agency, as a graduate assistant for the Antioch University Seattle Community Counseling and Psychology Clinic and as a therapist at a non-profit youth counseling organization on Bainbridge Island.

I’m a cheerful gal who’s the classic first born ( I’d categorize myself as a recovering Type A personality). I’m from New Hampshire, but have found my forever home here in the moody Pacific Northwest with my clever husband and scrappy terrier pups. I enjoy reading, cycling, listening to music and occasionally psychoanalysing my friends when they’re not paying attention! I love the work I do and the people I get to do it with, I couldn’t ask for anything more.
